The privately owned campground on the other side of Two Medicine Lake. Great sites. BAD road (and general maintenance). Bad business, too. The season has to be fairly short here for camping. The way I figure it, though, they potentially had at least 30 lakeside sites and acres of normal wooded (and otherwise) sites. A conservative potential gross monthly income would be $20,250. That's with a generous vacancy rate, a minimal camping charge, and low low low density ( and impact).
